About This Book

This book is not about diets.
Not about calories.
Not about “proper nutrition.”

This book is about survival and awakening in a world where everything consumes everything.

We live in a world where:

  • we eat plants

  • we eat animals

  • we eat fish and seafood

  • we consume life in order to live

And in exactly the same way — we are consumed.

We are consumed by parasites.
We are consumed by fungi.
We are consumed by programs.
We are consumed by entities.

And when a person dies — they are consumed again.
By fungi.
By bacteria.
By the earth.

This is how this world is устроен.
This is its structure.

There is no horror in this.
There is law.

The problem begins when a person:

  • does not understand what is happening

  • is not aware of what they are feeding their body

  • does not see that their desires are not always their own

  • does not feel how their energy is leaking away

This book is about reclaiming control.
About how, through nutrition, to:

  • cleanse the body

  • weaken parasites

  • raise vibration

  • restore clarity

  • prepare yourself for deep work with the subconscious

The first volume is the foundation.
Without it, moving forward is impossible.

You cannot work with programs
if the body is clogged.

You cannot free the subconscious
if parasites dictate your desires.

You cannot hear the soul
when there is constant noise inside.

That is why we begin with the body.
With the most honest instrument you have.

This book is not the final destination.
It is a door.

Behind it:

  • consultations

  • individual therapy

  • deep inner work

  • a retreat

  • the path of the student

Introduction

Sometimes a person wakes up in the morning and feels that they can no longer live the way they did yesterday.
There is heaviness in the body, fog in the head, and the soul is silent.
Life seems to go on — some tasks, familiar people around — but inside there is emptiness, boredom, and pain.

The body aches, thoughts spin in circles, and the hand reaches automatically — not just for coffee or sweets.
It reaches for alcohol, cigarettes, drugs, endless scrolling on the phone, pornography, overeating — any habit that gives brief relief and turns off inner pain for a moment.
A person clings to anything that can temporarily numb anxiety and emptiness, even if it makes things worse later.

A person looks for the cause anywhere: thinking the problem is in circumstances, in other people, in the country, in age, in work — anything but the truth: the body is tired of being a battlefield.

This book is not about a diet, not about “proper nutrition,” not about another challenge after which everything returns to the way it was.
It is about cleansing as a path.
About how nutrition changes your vibration.
About how parasites, programs, and entities control human desires.
About how the body becomes a temple — or a prison.

I am not offering heroism or violence.
I am offering simple alchemy: stop feeding what lives at your expense and begin giving light to the body.

In this first volume, you will find understanding and practice: how food affects your state, how the antiparasitic path begins, why living food raises vibration, and how seven days of conscious nutrition can weaken those who control your desires from within.

My name is Evgeniy Dyma. I am a hypnotherapist, regression therapist, and healer — and by my first profession, a sixth-grade chef who studied microbiology and food chemistry.
In essence, I am someone who has known since youth how food affects the body.
In this book, I bring these worlds together: knowledge of food, understanding of the brain, and the experience of a healer.

You are holding more than just a text.
This is the first volume of the path.
It prepares the body for depth.
It cleanses the foundation.
It restores clarity, silence, and strength.

It opens the door through which, in the second volume, we will go deeper — to programs, trauma, entities, and the liberation of the subconscious.

But it must begin here — with the body.
Because the body is a temple.
And a temple must be clean.

This book is the first step.
It is simple.
It is human.
It is honest.

It brings you home — into your body — and gradually leads you toward cleansing programs and liberating the soul.

Preface

A World Where Everything Eats Everything

We live in a world where everything eats everything.
Plants reach for the sun, absorb water and minerals from the soil — and become food.
Animals eat plants.
Birds eat insects.
Fish eat each other.
Humans eat plants, fish, birds, and animals.

We call this “nutrition.”
We call this “life.”

But in essence, it is a single law of this world: the law of consumption and transformation.
Nothing exists here separately.
One form of life becomes fuel for another.
One energy transforms into another.
One matter dies so that another can live.

And in this world, humans are no exception.
As long as we eat — we are eaten too.

Inside the human body live microorganisms.
Fungi.
Bacteria.
Protozoa.
Parasites.

Some are neutral.
Some are beneficial.
Some are destructive.

And just as we choose what we eat, we often do not even realize who is eating us.

We eat heavy food — and what thrives on heaviness multiplies inside us.
We eat sugar — and what feeds on sugar comes alive within us.
We live in stress — and structures that need fear settle inside us.
We suppress emotions — and those who feed on pain appear within.

Humans like to think they are at the top of the food chain.
But this is an illusion.
Because as long as a person is unconscious —
they themselves become an environment.
An environment for parasites.
An environment for programs.
An environment for entities.

And even after death, this law does not disappear.
When a person dies, their body does not “vanish.”
It is consumed by fungi.
By bacteria.
By microorganisms.
Matter returns to the cycle.

This world is not evil.
It is honest.
It is structured so that what can exist in harmony with the law survives.

And if a person does not understand this law —
they become its victim.

But if a person becomes aware,
if they begin to choose what nourishes their body,
if they stop feeding what destroys them —
everything changes.

Then a person ceases to be “food.”
And becomes a conduit.
A conduit of energy.
A conduit of light.
A conduit of consciousness.

Cleansing the body is not a battle with the world.
It is stepping out of the role of a victim in the food chain.
It is the moment when a person says:
“I choose what lives within me.”

And from that moment, the path begins.
The path upward.
The path to oneself.
The path to awakening.
